TikTok:
We fell in love in October (girl in red) 🌶️
Add to the background of any video you post, especially anything that features fall.
Untitled - slowed reverb (Joie Grey) 🌶️
Add to the background of any video you post.
The trend is to match the old person filter to your face at the reverb in response to a question that shows your age. You can do this for a real estate related topic, or a funny personal topic.
Reels:
I’m a grown up and do what I want to do 🌶️
This trend is back, add this audio to a video showing something that may illicit confused looks, but you’re an adult and you can do what you want.
Idea: Deciding to make a career change into real estate.
Kiss Me Sixpence None The Richer remix 🌶️
Add this to the background of any video you post.
We’re you’re biggest fans! When you create something, don’t forget to Tag Windermere in the post to make sure we see it, so we can engage with it!

🗓 On The Calendar This Week:
Remember, only share about holidays that you personally celebrate, or are celebrated by your audience. Before you post about a holiday, be sure to look it up so that you’re fully informed about it.
None of these have branded templates from the graphics team here at Services Co.

How to leverage AI to create great content:
Ask your fav AI tool like ChatGPT or Google Bard to analyze your page from a social media strategist’s perspective. Use the simple prompt, “Analyze the page [Instagram Link] from a social media strategist’s perspective".”
Review your results and check them against your expertise - if the results don’t align with what you want your page to focus on, you’ll want to adjust your strategy. Otherwise, check your top performing content and learn from what’s working and what’s not.
Stay consistent in your approach and remember quality over quantity. Offer helpful and exciting content to lean into the “edutainment” of short-form video platforms.
📰 Relevant News:
Coming Soon: Instagram is testing posting stories to multiple audience lists. I see lots of potential here for agents to engage with their spheres in new ways of connecting with and sharing relevant content to their segmented audiences! See more here and here.
More features are coming to Threads like trending topics, GIFs, and polls. Read more here.
YouTube is working on a posts-only feed for mobile users that sounds a lot like Twitter and Threads. If YouTube is your main channel, this might be a great way to engage with your audience there more often. Click here for more.
