🚀 Trending:
Do you get deja vu? on TikTok & Reels
Compare today to three years ago, before the pandemic started. There are a few ways into this for personal and professional content!
Idea: Show how you’ve grown as a real estate agent in the last three years with photos, videos, and/or metrics from 2020 and 2023.
TikTok:
Playful and funny, this sound is a little self degrading but can show the relationship you have with someone on your team.
Idea: Film with your teammate who you can’t do your work without and ask them if you are best friends, they can lip sync with the response that they’re your best friend.
I am your mother, you listen to me
New from Meghan Trainer, this sound works well for instructions and tips, no dancing required, but if you learned the dance that might help leverage the trend.
Idea: Share the tips you suggest for your clients every time.
Idea: Share the story about a time when you came up on a problem and how you solved it.
This audio begs the question, who are you there for no matter what? Your clients, of course!
Idea: Tell a story about a time that you went all in for a client.
Reels:
Hot digging dog this place is magnificent
Perfect for listings, but could also work for your office, your car, or other places you love.
Idea: Highlight a listing with photos and videos and text using this audio.
Idea: Show the many great things in your office that you love in a collage using this audio.
I have never been more confident
Use the first part of this audio alone, or ask a friend to join you to finish the full sound.
Idea: Film yourself feeling confident, use text to add context as to why you’re feeling good, then clip to your designated broker cheering you on in the background agreeing with you.
I don’t always look like I’m having fun
Perfect for those days that aren’t super glamorous or exciting, but you’re still doing what you love!
Idea: Film yourself doing something not so fun, like waiting for the perfect listing for your clients or getting down and dirty at an inspection, and use this audio over it.
