Perfect for creators who are in between big moments and feel like they have nothing to share, tap into your side character energy for an episode or 2 while you let other characters go through their moment. Intro your text with “Whoever is writing my show” or “Those filler episodes” or “Realizing I’m in my filler episode” to tap into the trend.
Idea: Realizing I’m in my filler episode after closing on 3 listings, using this time to reset and refocus before the next major plot event.
Celebrating how far you’ve come, or feature someone you work with who is doing incredible things! Use text to share something that someone is doing, then then when the music changes celebrate that in your own way.
Idea: The new agent in the office offering to help everyone with their listing marketing.
Works well with another person, but there’s opportunity here for comparing yourself to yourself here too. It’s basically an 8 count of a very simple dance move, that you don’t really have to do to be on trend. Idea with yourself: Me as a kid, moving every 2 years while my parents were in the military / Me as a real estate agent, offering moving services to my military family clients making sure no stuffed animal is left behind
Lip sync to this, pointing or holding text, asking someone to pay for something for you.
Idea: First time homebuyers trying to have enough for a home right now.
This trend is all about admitting you’re wrong, or learning a new truth.

Another 2-parter the basic idea here is showing the realization or consequences of something. Many people are doing a letter to their niche audience or looking into the camera with a look like if you know, you know (iykyk)
Idea: To the girlies who walked through open houses on the weekends, counted sold signs on their block, and took architecture in college / how’s life as a real estate agent?
What do cool girls do? Wear Birkenstocks, or whatever it is that you think cool girls do.
Ideas:
Cool girls add to their down payment savings account with every paycheck.
Cool girl homeowners save 10% of their monthly income for home maintenance.
Listen gen z, I was born in the 1900s
Offer “elder” advice to the younger generation with text while you lip sync this sound.
Idea: It’s always a good time to buy real estate.
Reels:
Use text to bust a myth about real estate, time the text to appear with the swooping sound.
Idea: Myth - We’re in a housing recession / Fact - We’re in a housing reversion
Use 2 photos or videos and transition them to show the same space before and after the transformation. Options here are endless.
Idea: Staging. Landscaping. Remodel. New paint. New windows.
Not a huge video content person? Use this template for a slideshow of photos.
It’s too obvious to do a listing, but that’s definitely available. Otherwise try showing off the many fall activity options in your area, or your favorite spots for pasta in your neighborhood.
