Another trend that isn’t about the actual words, but the underlying argument between the 2 people (or yourself) following a “this is why / that’s not why / harsh realization” pattern.
Idea: Me: I’m so stressed out with everything I need to do plus continuing education requirement. My Mentor: Maybe you wouldn’t be so stressed out if you spaced out your CE courses throughout the year.

Idea: When a seller asks you not to door knock to all their neighbors because they hate that when other agents have annoyed them in the past. (Show off the postcards you have at the ready instead)

Idea: On your way to your buyer’s dream home, to a listing presentation with a referral client with your tablet or folder in hand, help another agent with an open house so you can meet potential new clients.

Using text, what is something you’re really excited about and lip sync to show the levels of excitement or an adjustment you have to make with new information.
