A perfect lip sync to show your passion for your work as a real estate agent, or use it to show something else that you’re passionate about and let your audience get to know you and your personal interests a little bit.
Idea: Lip sync this sound with a Windermere logo behind you (like your listing sign or your office). Use the caption to explain why you’re passionate about real estate.
What people think vs reality 🌶️🌶️🌶️
Used mostly by crafters, real estate agents can share clips of them acting things out to get their point across as they prove what real estate is really like compared to what people tend to think it is.
Idea: create a shot list based on the most common experiences you have as a real estate agent, the highs and lows! If something is really common you might use that over and over again, like: what people think - “hey I’d love to work with you to sell my house” what it’s really like - “oh you’re a real estate agent, hows the market right now? / “so how’s the market right now, oof” / “nice to meet you. wow real estate that’s a tough market right now, how it looking out there?”
Reels:
Mind Blown - You’re Amazing! 🌶️
What is blowing your mind right now? Or something that blows your mind in general? Attach this audio to a video or photo of that thing to take advantage of this trend!
Idea: Shout out to all the buyers out there making it work through the current inventory levels with video clips of your clients touring houses with you (with their permission).
These Days All I Do Is 🌶️🌶️🌶️
Use the template of the main video to clip together moments from your life recently that all follow a theme, like the original creator focused on growth, you might be focused on your business.
Idea: Use clips taken from your daily life of driving, talking on the phone, working on the computer, etc. and add simple text about working on your business, or working in the business.
It Goes Like 🌶️🌶️
Romanticize your life, show the process of something, or pair with a listing video, this trending audio is vague enough it can do a lot for you!
Idea: Show the process of putting together a listing agreement on your way to speak to a client, maybe add a bullet point list of everything you bring so you’re prepared for the meeting and any questions the client might have.

Here’s something so easy you can try right now!
Record yourself like you’re texting and add text to the screen to share a conversation you had, or paraphrase a common conversation you have with clients. Here’s an example:
