And with that, the 2022 season comes to an end on TikTok & Instagram
Used as a highlight reel for the last year, feature some of the biggest moments from this year in your life. Mix together personal with the professional moments to create a well-rounded video, and if you want, do just a professional and just a personal one as a follow up. It’s perfectly normal to use the same sound a couple of times, especially with a month left in the year.
Idea: Collect photos and videos from personal moments and professional wins, like all your listings and key-days with clients, office events, etc.
What’s a red flag that you don’t deal with anymore after learning your lesson one too many times? This can be something professional, or something that’s well known in your community.
Idea: When the GPS takes you through that intersection, or when you arrive at that bakery too late and the line is already around the corner.
Lip sync to this and use text on your video to show the context on what it is that you think would be so awesome, so cool, if it happened.
Idea: When you call the listing agent after it’s gone pending and it would be so awesome if they gave you all the answers to your questions.
From the movie Hercules, this song speaks to those buyers who have been through it and aren’t ready to get their hearts broken again.
Idea: Act as if you’re with your buyers as a listing tour looking at all the details trying to convince themselves they aren’t in love, when they clearly are. A costume change may be important for this, something as simple as a hat or glasses can do the trick.
Comparing yourself to others is a natural thing, and it can be pretty funny when someone draws the short stick, or in this case, the rock. Think of something that you, or your clients, might have experienced like this and play it out in a short video.
Idea: I bought a house, My parents moved and I got their house, I went in on an investment with a friend - I’m waiting on student loan forgiveness…

Show the process of something with Vampire Weekend A-Punk
Many users are timing their process videos with this song. It offers lots of time in between drops to really show each step.
Idea: Preparing a home for sale from decluttering to landscaping, to staging.
Oh! This will just take a second
Use text on the screen over b-roll or of you to share one quick tip.
Idea: Overwhelmed thinking about selling your home? Start with a garage sale!
