I don’t do well with the drama
This sound has a template on CapCut you can use, or you can lip sync to it and add text to offer context about the drama you avoid.
Idea: Why I always recommend an inspection for my buyers.

Another funny sound that offers a way to explain something you’re avoiding. Lip sync the sound, or just use it over a clip and text to explain yourself.
Idea: When another realtor is getting a little loose about Fair Housing.
Reels:
If this is your vibe, I wanna be friends
Part get to know me, and part collecting followers content, this sound works well over simple b-roll or even photos of something you love.
Idea: Find a photo of your favorite design trend, home upgrade, local hangout, etc, and add this audio over it. Explain yourself in the caption.
Start with a photo of yourself when you’re younger, and while the audio is going, edit text to replace the words from the sound to fit your story.
Idea: I’m going to a be a real estate agent. I’m gonna make people feel [insert something here like independent, free, secure].
Mr. Incredible Back in Shape Montage
Ideal for a Get Ready With Me (GRWM), or showing the process of something, or day in the life. It’s upbeat, and you can lean into that however much you want!
Idea: Capture clips, or collect photos, from the last transaction you had, show the process of it, adding text to explain, and time it to the beat.
This sound works well over a clip and text that offers context, for something you’re excited about doing. Many users are sharing their love for a Target run, getting invited to do something with a new friend or one of their hobbies, and some are using it to help hype themselves up for something they aren’t particularly excited about as well.
Idea: When a former client introduces you to their neighbor who is looking for a realtor.
