Your job is real estate, and much like Ken’s job of beach, that can mean a lot of things and simultaneously, one thing.
Idea: Use this audio to show all the different things you do as a real estate agent.
Pretend you’re on a reality show and use this audio to make it feel real.
Idea: Use like a reality show’s transition between scenes, or as a home tour.
As the real estate agent, you have the plan, but so often clients will get ahead of themselves. This audio works to remind them that you know what you’re doing and that they can trust you.
Idea: Act out a common scene where your clients get nervous, or overexcited about their buying or selling journey, and how you know it’s going to work out because you have the plan.

Idea: Act out a scene where your clients might be tired from searching for their new home, and you’ve got to keep them moving.

Idea: Buyers searching without talking to a lender to know what they can afford vs buyers with a pre-qualification.
Gilmore Girls lalala on Reels and TikTok
Romanticize the season change with this easy to use on just about anything audio from Gilmore Girls.
Ideas: Fall activities you’re doing or what fall means for the housing market.
