TikTok:
Users are sharing their “flags” - not their red or their green flags, just a beige flag that makes them a little different, but usually in some sort of sweet or funny way.
Idea: share your beige flag, or the beige flag of someone you work with a lot that your audience may or may not know. A lot of users will share things their partners do, you can share the flags from your team mate, office admin, or friends and coworkers.
With the new movie coming out, this song is trending and users are finding creative ways to use the audio. A lot will share videos from the premier, the movies, a boat, or they’re using a filter to flood their space for a video.
Idea: tap into the lyrics of the song to share a story about buyers who want to be homeowners by sharing things homeowners do or have that renters don’t.
Reels:
10 second taste of life *here*🌶️🌶️
Here’s a template you can follow for this 10 second “commercial” for the city/town/area you live in.
Idea: Use b-roll from your city or a town nearby and create a quick video that shows what life could be like if someone moved there. This helps romanticize it for newcomers and established residents who want to fall back in love with their city.
Idea 2: You can also show off life at your latest listing with a montage of things to do near the home.

💪 Low Lift Idea:
Here’s something so easy you can try right now!
Create a fake tweet and overlay it with stock footage, add a trending sound, and you’ve got an easy reel! Easily make these in Canva using quotes from the news, your own tweets or posts, or Matthew’s reports. We don’t recommend using viral tweets without permission from the original poster.
