Act like you’re on the phone with a phone cover, or something that looks like a phone, and lip sync, using text overlay to give context.
Idea: Calling my designated broker about a tough negotiation I need support with. They’re always there for me.

Idea: Homeowners who refinanced during the pandemic with a little extra cash on hand looking for their next investment.
Idea: Highlight the difference in the market of now compared to 10 years ago to show that now is always the best time to jump on an investment in real estate.
