Idea: Inspection.
Spooky Idea: Dowsing rods to check if the property is haunted.

Idea: When a home is overpriced and the open house is a bust.
Spooky Idea: When the homeowner says the house is haunted .. film yourself in the corners and basement or attic looking for the ghosts

Idea: Feature a part of a home that you love. Highlight a neighborhood spot and the order you’re obsessed with.
