Happy Monday, Creators!
This newsletter is a resource to Windermere Real Estate Agents looking to improve their content skills and find inspiration for their social media marketing. I’m Meaghan McGlynn, the Director of Content and Social at Windermere Services, and I curate these ideas weekly from across the internet and the Windermere content library.
Heads up, you will not receive one of these next week because of the holiday.

🚀 Trending:
NEW: Introducing difficulty levels. Notice by each trending audio title/link, there’s a level rating, 🌶️=easy, 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️=hard
TikTok:
Life is a Highway by Rascal Flatts 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
Idea 1: This audio works well for real estate agents who live in their cars, share the features, items, or hacks that you have in your car when you’re on the road all day.
Idea 2: This can also work as a way to share your progress or path to being the incredible agent you are today. Use photos and videos from your time as an agent and couple the video with a story about how you got here.
Congratulations by Post Malone 🌶️🌶️
It’s back thanks to Graduation season, but agents can use this too to congratulate those in their lives who accomplished something.
Idea: Say congratulations to your buyers by putting this song over a video showing their key day.
Reels:
Never mind never mind never mind 🌶️
A remix of Adele’s song, this is being used by creators who are pivoting after someone shot down their idea or plans. What’s something that you had planned to do, but the universe said never mind? Or what’s something that happened that made you say never mind?
Idea: film yourself lip syncing with text over you for context about what you’re saying never mind to.
Creators are sharing a wide range of content with this song, from outfits walks, to crushes. Real estate agents can use it in a similar way to show what they’re wearing to different days along the home buying journey, or a listing they have a huge crush on.
Idea: walk by your active listing, capture a video of you staring dreamily up at it, then show a quick tour of the property, or highlight a feature you love.
Fast Car edit 🌶️🌶️
As above, this can be a great time to share the features, items, or hacks that you have in your car when you’re on the road all day.
Vibes
Add these to any b-roll footage to romanticize your life.
Heaven when I held you again 🌶️

💪 Low Lift Idea:
Here’s something so easy you can try right now!
Create a fake tweet and overlay it with stock footage, add a trending sound, and you’ve got an easy reel! Easily make these in Canva using quotes from the news, your own tweets or posts, or Matthew’s reports. We don’t recommend using viral tweets without permission from the original poster.
Here’s an example. You can also do an image, like this.
We’re you’re biggest fans! When you create something, don’t forget to Tag Windermere in the post to make sure we see it, so we can engage with it!
