Ideas: Share an unrelated tip, suggestion, or the process of something with this in the background. Otherwise, tell a story about a time when you encountered some sort of betrayal like this song talks about.
Reels:
Use this sound with it’s natural transition beats to show the process of something, or how you put something together, most people will show the pieces of the outfit and then how they fit together, but as a realtor you can show the pieces of your listing presentation, or the marketing pieces you use when selling a home.
Idea: Show how to host an open house with a few key elements, like putting out the sign, setting up the welcome table, the snacks, and the tour.
Users are pairing this audio with videos of their loved ones or things they are obsessed with.
Idea: Show how obsessed you are with your career by piecing together clips from your recent adventures as a real estate agent.

Record yourself like you’re texting and add text to the screen to share a conversation you had, or paraphrase a common conversation you have with clients. Here’s an example:

Remember, only share about holidays that you personally celebrate, or are celebrated by your audience. Before you post about a holiday, be sure to look it up so that you’re fully informed about it.
August doesn’t have any holidays with branded graphics, but you can find suggested content for all the national days and hashtag holidays on the HUB.
