🚀 Trending:
NEW: Introducing difficulty levels. Notice by each trending audio title/link, there’s a level rating, 🌶️=easy, 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️=hard
It’s scene feels like what I once saw on a screen TikTok & Reels 🌶️
Romanticize a local spot with some b-roll footage and this audio. Add your recommendations for making the trip there the best, whether it’s a tip about driving there, how to park, or what to order. Have a blog post about it? Ask viewers to comment a phrase to get more information and DM them a link to your website (see “Write This Down” below).
Idea: film at your favorite place, add a filter, this audio, and text that reads “this scene feels like what i once saw on the screen” then use the caption to explain the place and your tips.
I’m in a very good mood this morning TikTok & Reels 🌶️🌶️
What’s your favorite thing? What’s something that puts you in a good mood? Cut the audio off early to share an activity that gets you excited.
Idea: On your next key day, lip sync to the audio and use text on the screen to give context, and show the key to the house or you handing the key to your clients. You can also show your gift basket.
I can’t interfere, it’s a canon event TikTok & Reels 🌶️🌶️🌶️
This theme uses the audio from the Spiderverse but creators are sharing moments that they can’t interfere with because it’s a lesson everyone has to learn.
Take it to the next level and talk about how you do interfere so that it doesn’t have to be a canon event - now you’ve created your own universe. Remember with great power, comes great responsibility.
Idea: Sellers looking at a certain online home valuation tool thinking their property is worth more than it is. It’s a canon event.
Smooth Operator TikTok & Reels 🌶️🌶️🌶️
This trending audio has a great drop that makes a transition really engaging. Use to show your operation, maybe clips that show the progress of working with you or highlight the tools and resource you use that make you a smooth operator.
Idea: Clip together film over a few days in order of a typical transaction with you from interview to key day to checking in on the family.
Tip: You can stage this with a few outfit changes over the course of the week and mix in clips where you aren’t in them. Don’t forget a clip of your sign!
TikTok:
In the original Jennifer Lawrence gets increasingly desperate on Hot Wings asking “what do you mean,” as an agent what’s something that would cause this reaction? Or act like a client and offer a scenario where the client might feel confused and increasingly desperate.
Idea: Put on a “disguise” and share the POV of a seller learning that there’s structural damage the buyers are asking for repairs before the sale goes through, showing why a seller’s inspection can be helpful for homeowners.
Reels:
Are we talking about X - heard a thing or two is this seat taken?
Replace “Marie Antoinette” with a topic you’re really passionate about, then act like you’re interrupting the conversation with other people to share your insights.
Idea: Lip sync to the sound, but add text saying, “Are we talking about Real Estate? I know a thing or two about that…” share your 1-2 things in the caption.

💪 Low Lift Idea:
Here’s something so easy you can try right now!
Record yourself like you’re texting and add text to the screen to share a conversation you had, or paraphrase a common conversation you have with clients. Here’s an example:
We’re you’re biggest fans! When you create something, don’t forget to Tag Windermere in the post to make sure we see it, so we can engage with it!

✍ Write This Down:
Listen to this podcast to learn a little bit about how this creator brainstorms topics for content. I also like how she promoted it on Instagram, encouraging engagement by asking people to comment with a phrase so she could message them with more information, bringing the conversation into a more private space of the DMs.
