Idea: The say a house goes on sale and I have a million little things to do
This inspirational speech is set up to show off the “tremendous amount of stuff” you’ve done to reach your goal
Idea: Share images and videos of you setting, working towards, and accomplishing your goals, whether it’s getting into real estate or having the best year yet

Use text to tell your audience what it is you’re a beginner at
Or lip sync this to show your team who is helping you through your first years as an agent
Idea: Pull in your mentor and use the text to clarify that even if you’re a beginner, you have the support team to help you through it
Idea: The market is quickly shifting and it might be a situation you haven’t dealt with before, use text to show what part of real estate is abnormal right now that you’re navigating through like a beginner
If you’re uncertain that this video could give the wrong impression, first make create a TikTok about the market shift and how it’s unlike anything you’ve seen before and how you’re navigating it, bring in a few guests to show the support you have from Windermere, and include a personal anecdote that might resonate with viewers, like how you learned from the Pandemic that life throws curve balls and you feel ready to handle it. When you’re ready to make the video with the trending sound, link to the longer talking video in the caption.
This song is all about reaching for the stars, share your goals and aspirations with your viewers
Idea: share photos and videos from when you first started out, and slow show the progress you made to reach your dreams
Celebrate your team with this encouraging audio, just remember to cut off before the bullying
Idea: Praise a team member who stepped in when you couldn’t get something done
Idea: save this to celebrate office staff who are doing an incredible job supporting you and all the agents in the office, you could even get a few other agents in on this!

Idea: When they choose a listing agent from a discount brokerage, and they got what they paid for
Idea: When they didn’t want to stage with their first broker, but give in with you, and finally see the value in it
Idea: Me to Me when I set my goal of selling 5 houses this year, and I just sold the 8th!

What do you do for your clients that’s a little extra, they might not notice, but it’s worth it to you
Idea: Act out scooting closer to someone talking about moving, getting dressed for a listing presentation, show off the many things you do to get the client
Idea: Act out all the ways you look for potential buyers for your client, like telling other brokers, going to networking events, etc.
More than you bargained for yet
When you’ve gone above and beyond for your client, at what point do they really see your value?
Idea: Use text to explain what you do for your clients that’s above and beyond what they expect, and lip sync and point at the “Am I more than you bargained for yet” part in the song
As agents, you can likely see things before they happen as you anticipate the next step in the process and the next question you’ll get asked, this audio can help you tell that story
Idea: Use this audio in the background as you act out or tell a story about an issue you thought was going to happen and how you either tried to avoid it, or dealt with it when it finally came
