🚀 Trending:
With recent conspiracy theories and the Oscars, trends are hard to come by on TikTok and Reels right now. Here are some great trending audios you can use in just about any video you want to post.
TikTok:
What is this? (What are you three doing here?)
Match with the audio and introduce three things that are suspiciously meeting without you, for real estate you can list 3 issues that might be deal breakers, or name one thing that’s out of place.
Idea: during a house inspection - diy tile job, leaking pipes, mold, what are you doing here, in the bathroom?
It’s confession time, what’s something you are willing to admit now that it’s in the past? Maybe it’s a mistake you made early in your career that someone can learn from, or a low point during the pandemic.
Mostly used to complain, similar to the spongebob mimic meme, use this sound to comically complain about something.
I don’t normally like to recommend sounds with a negative vibe to them because it’s risky to complain about work when clients, vendors, and other agents might feel targeted. Be careful when you decide on what to complain about.
What I didn’t wanna happen just happened I gotta go
This sound has a lot of potential, use the last ~4 seconds to share something that you didn’t want to happen, but it did, so now you have to leave.
Idea: buyer’s perfect listing went off the market, i gotta go

That’s like exactly what I’m going for
Add this sound over a job well done to share what you are proud of, or lip sync and use the text overlay to explain what you’re working on.
Many clients are nervous about the process or buying or selling their homes, but if they put their trust in you, they’ll be fine. What about you and your business practices can show trust? Use that in your reel!
Idea: Before - nervous and overwhelmed During - Feeling more confident with a great broker After - happy with their choice and a successful transaction

The beat to this audio is perfect for a slideshow of images from a recent listing or job well done.
