This song is perfect to show the disappointment and hope that buyers feel when searching for a house.
Idea: act out like a typical buyer who had their offer rejected and thinking about the house that was almost, “the one.”

This audio comes with a dance, but it’s also set up well to show 2 opposing ideas that might be pulling you in one direction or another. Think of 2 things that can be true at the same time, and use text overlay to change the words of the song to your concept.
Idea: I want a big garage, I want a great kitchen, I want to move in now, I want to remodel everything, etc.
Reels:
I pay attention to things most people ignore 🌶️
As a realtor you have an eye for things most people miss. Share something you saw, or thought of, or remind your clients often.
Idea: Film yourself going through the buyer’s offer and all the sticky notes you’ve added to it to make sure your clients know what each piece means.
This is 100% your look connie baby 🌶️🌶️
Every client has something they’re looking for, share a story, or a few, based on real clients that you’ve seen light them up. Maybe it’s the fireplace they’ve been searching for, or a project they can envision while on a tour.
Idea: Use the greenscreen to share a photo/video you have of something your client loved, film yourself acting as the client getting excited that you found their thing.
Calling you 🌶️
This audio is easy to use and has a great beat that makes syncing your clips with it very easy. The trend is usually to pick up the phone and show off scenes from your travels, or outfits. You might use it to promote a listing and all the features that might “call” to a buyer.
Idea: Answer a call from a client and ighlight all the houses you sold so far this year.
You are a rockstar in my eyes 🌶️🌶️
Celebrate a win with this audio and share something your teammate or client did that made them a rockstar in your eyes.
Idea: use text for context, and lip sync to this audio sharing a client story about their latest DIY in the house you helped them buy.
