The feed is filled with Super Bowl and Valentine’s Day content, so trends are a little lacking.
But below are some opportunities to tap into trending sounds and other content on your channels. Remember, these ideas are just to help kick start you into something that works for your niche so it lands with your audience!

🚀 Trending:
TikTok:
No, it’s not party. This sound is great to dispel common misconceptions, lip sync with text over the video for a new script.
Idea: What’s rule number 1? Pay off all my student loans? No, you can still buy with active loans.
Lip sync this audio and use text for context about something you’re confused about, or don’t know where to start. You can also show the POV of a client.
Idea: POV first-time homebuyer wondering how they enter the market. The answer: call me.
Situational humor is key here, but there’s other ways to enter this too, especially with green screen or photos. The main concept is to find someone who does it better than you, you can’t. This is great to introduce your niche to your audience.
Idea: “I know someone who has sold more homes in your specialty than you” “I gotta see her” with a graphic or image of data like your sales transactions in your specialty.

Romanticize your life with this audio by showing clips from your life as a real estate agent, or as a human in the world. What about how you’re living right now have you waited for your whole life? Piece together video and photos and use text to explain.
Idea: I’ve waited my whole life, and worked really hard, to get to this place. The place where I have my own business that works on my time, so I can provide for my family and give back to my community. #WeAreWindermere
A simple option, you can film yourself over a cup of coffee, or sitting and staring into space with text about what you daydream about.
Idea: Imagine if you turned your must have’s list into reality with a new home…
An oldie but a goodie, this trend is back - so bring that action. Many creators are slowly panning from their side showing their profile to their face timing it with the sound so “bring the action” happens when they’re looking into the camera.
Idea: When a client from 5 years ago reaches out that they’re ready to sell their home and buy a new one. Bring the action.

🗓 On The Calendar This Week:
Remember, only share about holidays that you personally celebrate, or are celebrated by your audience. Before you post about a holiday, be sure to look it up so that you’re fully informed about it.

✍ Write This Down:
Posts meant to convert may not get great engagement, but they’re important for your strategy, so you post them anyways. The easiest way to balance your content is to identify categories and share equal amounts, or a pre-determined weighted amount, to your feed.
Possible categories could be: Buy/Sell Tips, Lifestyle, Finance, Décor, Market Stats, Local Highlights, Windermere Foundation, Personality/Personal Interests like gardening, cooking, reading, etc.
