Why is everyone acting weird towards me?
Is there an elephant in the room, or a shift in the vibe? Lip sync this audio and use text overlay to tell the story about why people might be acting different around you. Ask a few friends to act out the part with you!
Idea: When you come back from a Ninja training and it’s your whole personality now.
This is a fun sound for any walking video, but especially if you’re walking toward something you’re excited about.

In another life not this one though
This quote from Cody on Peloton is a mood, lip sync it while you film yourself doing something that you love to do, and won’t stop anytime soon. Choose an unhealthy obsession to go more personal, or something extra you do for your clients for a more professional options.
Idea: mowing the lawns of my seller’s homes while they’re out of town.
A lot of videos in this trend are sharing toxic traits, or annoying things they have to deal with in their industry. I don’t like promoting negative trends, so while that’s something you can do, I recommend finding a positive way in here. You can be self-deprecating, or turn it into a lesson about things you shouldn’t let slide.
Idea: my clients when I make my terrible dad jokes.
Idea: clients who think we should skip the inspection, but as a seasoned realtor I know better.
When everything feels like a movie | Romanticize your hometown
Instagram reels lean toward the romanticized moments of life, these are two of those latest trends.
Ideas: Share clips from your hometown to these sounds for a low-lift option, or highlight some of your favorite local spots.
