TikTok:
Creators are using this to share what they’ve cut out of their lives, whether it’s crutches or their negative self talk, realtors can use this to show a little personality and business growth. Cutting the roster of things that weren’t supporting you anymore.
Idea: Collect 3-4 things that you have let go of and use text overlay to replace the 4 options listed in the audio while you lip sync. The advanced option would be to act out both parts with a small costume change to differentiate the 2 characters, or ask a friend to play Nicki Minaj.
Reels:
Build up your content with a count of 1, 2, 3, and transition with the music to show the process of something.
Idea: start with the before pictures or videos of your listing, then transition with the music to show a sped up version of all the work you put into it before you listed it. *be aware of local MLS and DOL rules about promoting a listing that’s not live

Minding my own business, not listening to the haters, completely unaware of any negativity. Use this audio to show how unbothered you are by the naysayers or how motivated you are by the positive people in your life.
Idea: Use text over a clip of you minding your business to explain what you’re blissfully ignoring, or using as motivation.
(I always prefer a positive approach to trends, rather than leaning into the complaining and trash talking that happens, so while this is an ode to the haters, walk that line between the negative and positive, or lean fully to the positive side.)
We’re you’re biggest fans! When you create something, don’t forget to Tag Windermere in the post to make sure we see it, so we can engage with it!
