Weekly Content Inspo Week of 4/22/2024
This newsletter is a resource to Windermere Real Estate Agents looking to improve their content skills and find inspiration for their social media marketing. 🚀 Trending:
With recent conspiracy theories and the Oscars, trends are hard to come by on TikTok and Reels right now. Here are some great trending audios you can use in just about any video you want to post.
TikTok:
Real estate agent work out routine (example)
add any trending audio to the background or just use your original sound with jokes about different workouts agents would do at the gym. Do a few sets along with the phrases to show viewers what it is that you’re practicing.
Ideas: putting out the open house sign, bear crawl through the crawl space, walking up the stairs in townhouses.

Reels:
I cry a lot, but i’m so productive
The latest release from Taylor Swift is #1 on Reels today from users sharing their feelings about how hard their job is. This is a great opportunity to talk about all the things agents do for their clients, and celebrate the successes!
Note this isn’t on TikTok, while people are sharing clips with this song, Taylor Swift’s music is not on TikTok and all those sounds are at risk of being taken down.
Idea: show the steps of selling a house, and then show your most recent sale!
This viral audio is great background music for just about any video you want to post this week.
Idea: share a day in the life of a Windermere agent.
