🚀 Trending:
TikTok:
This trend is all about talking to yourself, as if past you and current you could chat. What’s something 2020 you believed that’s no longer the case for you? Perfect for sharing your glow up, or how things have changed in your market.
Idea: 2023 me celebrating another sale, 2020 me proud that we’re still in Real Estate.
Share something you do or love, that someone might call you out on but it’s not a crime! Likely better to keep this personal in case a joke lands poorly.
Idea: I use my phone’s contacts as my CRM.
Have you tried this one yet? If not, now is your chance! What about your life would send your ancestors into a coma it’s so shocking?
Reels:
Ladies and gentlemen, the weekend
And the crowd goes wild! What is something you introduce to your clients that they just love. Maybe it’s your yearly calendar, or monthly maintenance tips, or maybe part of working with you they get a cool new keychain.
Create a post about the thing that sets you apart that drives your clients into a standing ovation.
Look around you, what’s something that you love that you want to share with someone?
Idea: Lean professional with some office tool, or a photo of your recent clients in front of their new home. Lean personal by sharing something in your home that you can’t live without, or a hobby you love to do.
This sound implies there’s something you can’t stop thinking about, using text for context, share a piece of advice you just can’t get out of your head.
Idea: Something my mentor said to me that I can’t stop thinking about.
The sound we all know from sitcoms, this is your very own imagination montage. What’s something you day dream about?
Idea: That moment when someone reaches out because their friend told them about you - oh wait that did happen!
